For the price I thought it might not look so cheap but it does. It’s also not purpley pink like it looks on the picture it’s gray. Seat isn’t comfortable will need padding. It’s light though and a nice ride. But not worth it for the price

love this bike. Simple, works well, comfortable geometry, good gearing for city hills and light gravel. Really great value bike for the price.

Got this for my 13yo daughter for mostly city street/path riding. Not much to say other than it’s just perfect for this use case and she loves the bike. It’s simple, rides smoothly, gearing ratios are great, and it fits her well. Lovely bike.

Well built carrier; I expect it will last for many years. My only quibble is the cheap-looking branded sticker stuck to the top, which is easy enough to pull off but required some elbow grease to remove the residue.

It’s not just a great bike but the sales team was wonderful to deal with.

I like the city bike…I like sitting upright and after many yrs out of the saddle this is working great for me. 😊

At 5'2", it's really great to find a bike that fits.
The shop that was picked to assemble the bike was really friendly and professional.
It's a fabulous bike.

I was a bit hesitant on purchasing a bike online but wow… so happy with this purchase. The bike I ordered was better than expected!

I meant to write this a lot sooner. The bicycle is great. I am enjoying riding her around Baton Rouge, though it sometimes feels like an extreme sport. A cyclist, I have come to realise, is somewhat rare in these parts (and more than a little unwanted). Regardless, I persevere because I love cycling and hate cars and I am used to cycling. It was a fair bit safer in Europe, I got knocked off twice here already and this never happened to me before, but I am hoping that more people will take to cycling and then things will get better. Anyway I am not planning on stopping.
The bicycle is very trusty and beautifully designed. She withstood two pickup trucks so far (hopefully there won’t be more, but they have drive through Daiquiris here).
Excellent customer service throughout. Hassle free. Friendly.
Would have wrote this much sooner (got bicycle last June) but my mother died unexpectedly and so I went home to the UK for a while.

Super informative website, easy online ordering and the delivery to a local bike shop for assembly and pickup made the whole exercise a positive experience. As I live interstate it made a big difference. Thank you

Nantucket Tuckernuck Rectangle Basket

The bike is beautiful and given as a Christmas Gift to my nephew, he LOVES IT!
It is well made, not too heavy, streamline, fits the parameters for metro travel, easy to ride and all around a beautiful bike we are expecting to ride a long time!

We have an older model bicycle from around 2015. Old Kickstand kept bike with more on a lean, like a chance it would fall over. New kickstand seams to keep bike standing straight up. It's very sturdy and better made than the last one. So far it's been great.

Strong lock. Rechargeable front and back lights with multiple settings (I use slow blinking one.)
And an easy to reach bell that does not startle people too much.

Comfortable to ride. Takes bumps on streets and paths well. Brakes well. Beautiful red color.

I ordered a bicycle as a Christmas gift for my grandson. I definitely ordered it later than I should have for delivery and assembly by Christmas. Nevertheless, it arrived on time, assembly was seamless, and the bicycle is beautiful. Kudos to Brooklyn Bicycles.

Great lights, easy install and rechargeable .
Canvas tote is large and stylish .

I received the Commuter Bundle as part of a promotion when I purchased my bicycle.
The frint and rear have a nice flash position to help visibility.
The lock and cable look like a quality product as well.
I don't know if I need the bell but the canvas bag is another nice addition.

The lights and bag were provided as an enticement to buy the bike. The lights are great. Four settings and they show up very well. The bag is quality. I use it as a grocery bag.
